Mathematics

The Department compromises of 6 well qualified and experienced staff apart from those handling Primary classes. At the Higher Secondary level we have 3 teachers. General Math, Geometry and Business Math make up the academic subjects taught. Every year the department produces excellent results with some students matching the board paper at the SSLC and +2 level.

Teachers are provided with in-service training by accomplished resource persons from within the country and abroad. Students are exposed to real life situations by field trips and project work. Mathematical Quiz is held yearly to motivate and kindle our young minds. The Math Department is working on the idea of establishing a full-fledged Math laboratory.
