Entry Level class LKG Admission are purely based on RTE Criteria as per the Government Norms
Pre-Primary: LKG & UKG
Primary: Classes I-V
High School: Classes VI-X
Higher Secondary: Classes XI-XII
Procedure
From 1st std to 10th std
Registration for Admission
- Registration for admission starts on 1st March every year.
- During the 3rd weak of April, children will be called and tested Orally / Written and then admission will be offered.
- Preference will be given to children, who excel in Non – Academic activities, Sports and Games
Regular admission will be done in May subject to fulfillment of the following:
- Valid Transfer Certificate from an approved / recognized school by Department of Education, Government of Tamilnadu or by CBSE / ICSE.
- Age Proof certificate.
- Community Certificate (for pupils to claim reservation later in Higher Education)
- Other testimonials to show special talents in non- academic activities, sports and Games.
For STD XI
Criteria for candidates from Matric Board
- Candidates should have completed the age of 15 as on 31st July of the year of admission into the first year of the Higher Secondary Course
- SPOT ADMISSION will be done. Students shall meet the Principal with the INTERNET mark certificates immediately, preferably on the same day of publication of results. Later , all the original certificates must be submitted
- Community Certificate (for pupils to claim reservation later in Higher Education)
- For admission, marks alone will not be the criterion. The candidate’s performance at the interview and his / her conduct and character will also be taken into consideration.
Candidates should submit the following original records later:
- Transfer certificate
- Passport size photograph - 1
- S.S.L.C / Matric Mark sheet etc., after getting the same from the school studied.
- The original certificates produced at the time of admission will be retained in the school office and under no circumstances will they be returned before the course is completed. If there is any need for these certificates for any other purpose, candidates are advised to take sufficent Xerox copies before submitting to the school.
- The school authorities reserve the right to refuse admission to a pupil without assigning any reason. They also reserve the right to refuse any pupil to continue his / her studies, if in their opinion the conduct of the pupil is not satisfactory.
FOR ICSE / CBSE BOARD STUDENTS
Temporary admission will be done based on their Mark certificate or letter from Principal, Later the Parent shall submit the following in Original Records.
- Original Transfer Certificate
- Age Proof certificate
- SSLC Mark certificate from the school
- To get the evaluation certificate from Inspector of Matriculation schools, Coimbatore the above originals along with Xerox copies are needed to get the admission ratified.
